The video for "Reptile Strut," directed by Matteo Castiglioni, offers a captivating visual journey, blending vintage footage, studio shots, graphic inserts, and animation. Inspired by 60s and 70s cinema aesthetics, the video tells the story of a green lizard mutated by atomic radiation into a Godzilla-like creature. This imagery, shifting from regeneration to destruction, explores the powerful theme of transformation.
Matteo Castiglioni, who previously worked with Calibro 35 on their Jazzploitation EP, says of the video, "The visual rhythm moves the sound in space, destroys illusions, perceptions, and levels of awareness. Through music, we reconnect to the Vital Force, hoping to manifest a new reality."
