RITA MORENO IN CONCERT AT THE CONGA ROOM

The legendary Rita Moreno, winner of the GRAMMY, Oscar®, Tony Award® and Emmy awards, is set to perform in Los Angeles on February 19, 2009 at the newly reopened Conga Room, L. A. LIVE. Rita will appear in a special one-night only show on February 19 at 8:00 PM at The Conga Room. Only nine entertainers have won all four awards--the Oscar, Grammy, Emmy and Tony. Rita Moreno is the first Puerto Rican woman performer to accomplish this feat.

"Rita Moreno is a legendary Puerto Rican actress, singer and dancer. The Conga Room is thrilled to be presenting her first Los Angeles show in over 25 years," said co-owner and managing partner Brad Gluckstein. The Conga Room, known as "the House of Blues for Latin music", is co-owned by a host of celebrity investors such as the Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am, Jennifer Lopez, Jimmy Smits, Paul Rodriguez and Sheila E.
