KHUI-FM “THE JEWEL” HITS THE JACKPOT

KHUI-FM 99.5 in Honolulu is celebrating the success of their “Jewel’ format as the station is the No. 4 station and is No. 6 weekday mornings among Oahu radio listeners 12 and older. The station features music from the likes of Frank Sinatra, Mel Torme, Ed Ames as well as newer artists including Michael Buble and Celine Dion. The station has leapt from last summer's rankings of No. 19 Mondays through Sundays and No. 20 weekday mornings, to this summer's Top 10. It changed to adult standards from Hawaiian music last year.
