JAZZIZ LAUNCHES ONLINE MUSIC STORE

StoreBlocks™, the music distribution platform offered by music distribution developer PassAlong Networks™, today launched an online music store for JAZZIZ® Omnimedia and its subsidiaries, JAZZIZ® Magazine, JAZZIZ® Digital and JAZZIZ® Bistro. The store features PassAlong's entire catalog of 3 million songs and highlights jazz musicians on the homepage.

"JAZZIZ is an industry leader in the jazz world and we are honored to partner with them to extend our services to a new and unique audience," said Dave Jaworski, co-founder and CEO of PassAlong Networks. "We are looking for partners that want to focus on specific genres and it's great to have JAZZIZ lead the way."

StoreBlocks includes one of the industry's largest music catalogs of 3 million songs, innovative viral marketing tools and extensive store building options and features. Included in its music catalog are around 2 million independent songs in MP3 format.

"The launch of our online music store enhances our position as the preeminent infotainment and distribution company for all things jazz," said Michael Fagien, CEO of JAZZIZ Omnimedia.

All StoreBlocks program levels include the company's patent-pending Passing-and-Points™ platform, which offers fans an incentive to share music with others by awarding them points for their efforts, redeemable for future purchases. Music can be shared via email, Yahoo! Instant Messenger, MSN Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger and with Skype.

StoreBlocks' premium services currently power more than 120 online music stores, including BreakthruRadio, TransWorld's f.y.e. - online music store and Procter & Gamble's Julie's Jukebox, a digital music store on HomeMadeSimple.com.
